Rebar rib peeling and thread rolling machine is mainly used to process screw threads on rebar ends for architecture projects. It is the key equipment to realize rebar parallel thread splicing. It can process grades HRB335, HRB400 and HRB500 ribbed rebars with diameter 16mm-40mm.

The machine consists of frame, clamp, guide rail, cycloidal pin gear reducer, rib-peeling device, thread rolling head, feeding mechanism, automatic opening-closing mechanism, travel limit device, cooling mechanism, control box of electric apparatus and controlling system etc.
